Customer Care 2005 "

prize of “Best Customer Care” at the “World Communication
Awards 2005” held in London on October 3, 2005. We greatly
appreciate your continuous effort and contribution to
improve the quality of global services.
The
seventh annual “World Communication Award” hosted by
Terrapinn is held to award and recognize the most
outstanding global carriers and venders around the world.
This year, more than 50 major telecom carriers and
venders, including AT&T and BT competed in winning awards
in 12 categories.
“Best Customer Care” is the award to rate the capability
to support customers. NTT Com became the first Asian
carrier to win the coveted award to top other shortlisted
companies including BT Global, BT Infonet, Equant and
VANCO.
Judges said "Positive
feedback from so many customers is an indication of
peerless customer support." In addition, "Dependence on
partner relationships with other suppliers doesn't usually
raise warm feelings, but NTT Com has managed that aspect
of its customer care astutely"
“Best Customer Care” together with “Best Global Carrier”
from WCA2004, is evidence of high marks and praise from
